G/T Coordinator Boot Camp is a one-day virtual workshop designed for educators and leaders who support, coordinate, or are preparing to lead gifted and talented services.
Whether you are new to G/T coordination, stepping into more leadership responsibilities, supporting district-level program work, or looking for a practical reset, Boot Camp helps you build a stronger foundation for the year ahead.
You’ll gain a clearer understanding of Texas G/T expectations, identification and assessment practices, professional learning documentation, communication, service models, and practical planning tools you can use right away.
