You will receive a confirmation email when you are registered. The email will serve as your receipt or invoice if you have a balance due. You are able to view your registration by logging in to your TAGT profile and viewing “Forms I’ve Taken.”
You can access your receipt(s) or invoice(s) at your convenience by logging in to your TAGT profile and clicking on “Invoices.” If you have difficulty logging in or need your password, email tagt@txgifted.org.
You can cancel your registration for a refund on or before January 29, 2027. A $50 cancellation fee will be applied to all cancellations. Any cancellations that are made after January 29, 2027, will not be issued refunds.
There is no fee for substituting registrations, and you may transfer a registration to another individual at any time. To make a substitution, email tagt@txgifted.org with the contact information of the attendee who is currently registered, along with the information for the person who will be attending in their place.
Yes! Email tagt@txgifted.org to register after the online registration has closed. Onsite registration will also be available.
No. This year’s conference is in-person only.
You do not need to reserve spots for most sessions, and adding sessions to your schedule through the app does not guarantee a seat in that session.
Scholarships for conference registrations and/or travel assistance are available for TAGT members who have not attended Leadership Conference more than once. Past recipients of scholarships are not eligible. Apply for a scholarship by November 6, 2026.
Registrants will have access to up to 10 hours of professional learning.
Included in your electronic conference program is a session tracker form. It is the participant’s responsibility to collect the codes from the sessions attended and mark them on the form. Be sure to make a copy of your session tracker form to keep for your records before you turn it into your district coordinator or the person who keeps track of your training hours. You do NOT need to turn this credit form into TAGT. The association does not keep track of or collect credit forms for members.
